Getting an honour degree from the Hong Kong University, KEE is more than happy to tell his lover, CHING, and also proposes to her their marriage. But CHING suggests that they should stress on their career first. Meanwhile, CHING's family gets the permission of immigrant that puts CHING in a dilemma, whether she should leave with her family or stay for KEE. To test their sincerities, the young couple suggests to separate for one week, but both get suffered from missing each other during this short separation. At last, out of everyone's expectation, they announce their marriage.
For their marriage, KEE and CHING lay a big feast for their relatives and friends of which the young couple get exhausted by the overelaborated traditional formalities. The newly-married couple spends a most romantic honeymoon in Lantao Island. Later, they go to a temple where they meet an old fortune-teller who foretell that throughout KEE's life he must have two lovers. The prophecy annoys the newly-married couple much. Majoring in Architecture, KEE cannot find for himself a suitable job because of the general depression in the architectural field. Getting the help of CHING's cousin, QNEN, KEE finds a job at last.
Storyline
The summer of love is officially underway as the islanders arrive at their beautiful beachside Villa; it doesn't take long for them to couple up, but when a surprise islander moves in, someone might go home before they have time to unpack.
